As a general rule, MIRA ships internationally to the countries listed below. Depending on the contents of your order, there may be restrictions pertaining to the customs laws of some of these countries. Should this apply to your order, MIRA will notify you of this, as well as any requirements to lift the restriction, via email.
Bulk Orders from Countries Not Listed on Our International Trade Platform
In the event that you would like to place a bulk order from a country not listed below, we may be able to apply for a special license on a case-by-case basis. Please email details of your desired order with clear reference to the country from which you are ordering to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond accordingly as quickly as possible.
US International Trade Laws Apply
From a MIRA Safety point of view, U.S export legislation applies. Certain products may fall under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) restrictions and may require special licensing to export. Certain products may not be legally exported at all. These restrictions will be clearly communicated to you in the event that your country falls outside of the trade perimeter.
Restrictions may arise on the following items listed on international orders:
- Respirators or respirator filters
- CBRN protective garments, decontamination equipment or dual-use items
- Bullet-resistant materials
- US-made Mil-Spec equipment
- Knives, blades and zombie weapons
- Other forms of weaponry
- Pepper spray canisters
- Any items that have combustible properties
Because of potential product restrictions by your local government, please make sure that the products included in the order will be allowed entry into your country by checking with either the MIRA team or your local department dealing with international trade issues.
MIRA Safety advises customers wanting to gift out its products to recipients in other countries to verify with the requisite governmental departments that no restriction applies with respect to the items you wish to send.
MIRA Safety will not authorize the shipment of its products to any country or entity that is deemed to be a denied person by any U.S authoritative body. As such, please note that MIRA Safety does not ship any orders to Cuba, North Korea, Sudan or Iran. Further, no re-export arrangements will be entered into regarding these countries.

International Deliveries and Local Customs
MIRA Safety's international orders are shipped by either USPS or DHL. In accordance with MIRA Safety’s terms and conditions, we will not be held responsible for any duties, taxes or fees imposed by your local government. When your order is delivered, a customs broker will engage you to determine any outstanding local fees before final collection or delivery takes place.
MIRA Safety will comply with relevant legislation by stating the full value of your order (minus shipping) on the commercial invoice and any other paperwork submitted to customs.
Customs and Import Regulations
Should there be a clearance delay on your shipment, the MIRA team will assist you wherever possible to ensure on-time delivery. We will not, however, be liable for any costs or damages suffered as a result of such delays. It is imperative that customers contact their local customs offices to clarify regulations, restrictions, licensing requirements and import duty calculations pertaining to their MIRA order. This will enable the avoidance of unexpected import duties, delayed delivery or outright order rejection by local authorities.
Note that certain hazardous or regulated items cannot be shipped or require specialized shipping conditions. The MIRA Safety team will notify you via email or telephone in the event that any regulatory issues arise.
Refunds and Exchanges
MIRA will issue a full refund for products that are returned to its facility in re-saleable condition. We further reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by any additional fees related to the return of the product. MIRA will not be held liable for lost or damaged international orders. Should a customer's local customs reject an order, and the cost of returning the product to MIRA'S facilities exceeds the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no order refund. MIRA will not be held responsible if the order shipment is seized, destroyed or rejected by the customer's local customs.
International Warranty Claims
For warranty claims on international orders, please contact the MIRA Customer Service team. We will ensure that your warranty claim is correctly completed and submitted. The shipping costs incurred in shipping any items back to the US for inspection or repair will be for the customer's account. The VAT on such a product may be exempt.
