Born from firsthand experience with global disasters and institutional failure, we know that when crisis strikes, you can't rely on anyone but yourself. 2013 - Ready to go survival

After experiencing major disasters like 9/11 and Hurricane Sandy firsthand, Roman launched Ready to Go Survival, creating custom bug-out bags for families based on their specific situations. This first venture revealed the massive civilian demand for quality protective equipment - planting the seeds for what would become MIRA Safety.

2017 - The Eureka Moment

A pivotal moment led to the realization that civilians needed access to professional-grade respiratory protection. Market research revealed a significant gap in affordable, quality options and no reliable one-stop shop for comprehensive protective equipment.

2018 - MIRA Safety Launch

Partnered with European defense contractors to bring military-grade protective equipment to the civilian market. Launched with the flagship CM-6M gas mask.

2019 - Family Focus & Hollywood

Expanded into children's protective equipment after Roman’s daughter was born. Featured in Christopher Nolan ”TENET” film, showcasing our products on the global stage.

2020 - When the World Changed

Global pandemic created unprecedented demand for respiratory protection. Scaled operations rapidly to meet customer needs while maintaining quality standards.

2022 - Continued Growth

Expanded operations and product lines while maintaining focus on making professional-grade equipment accessible to everyone.

2025 - Headquarters Transformation

Completed comprehensive facility renovations creating an exceptional workplace with full gym, biohacking studio, expanded office space, and our famous chicken coop. Built a culture-first environment where our team can thrive.

MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Roman Zrazhevskiy

Founder and CEO

Roman is a notable figure in the sphere of emergency preparedness and has been featured in various news broadcasts, publications, and documentaries to weigh in on the subject. He has made multiple appearances on HBO, BBC, CBS, and other media outlets to provide insight into the critical importance of readiness under all circumstances.

Roman is also the founder and CEO of Ready To Go Survival, a retail brand specializing in personalized emergency preparedness. He brings his expertise in the industry and his sharp mind for leadership and strategy to MIRA Safety™ to provide peerless personal protective equipment to the world at large.

When he is not hard at work helping professionals and everyday citizens achieve peak protection against the unexpected, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, shooting, playing handball, and scaring his neighbors by taking out the trash in full MOPP gear.

Tanya Mironova

CTO

Tanya is a full-stack engineer with an extensive background in the financial services industry. She graduated from the CUNY-College of Staten Island and the Moscow Institute of Trade and Law.

As a known e-commerce guru, Tanya has created several successful retail brands. Thanks to her years of hands-on experience with various coding and database languages, Tanya makes interacting with the MIRA Safety™ team a more direct, more rewarding experience for our clients.

When she is not designing and implementing new elements for the MIRA Safety™ website and product lines, she enjoys being a mom, spending time with her cats, participating in hackathons, and traveling the world.
