Does it come with a method to attach it to a MOLLE system or do I need to buy accessories to connect it?
The standard harness and carry equipment that comes with the MB-90 PAPR are not compatible with a MOLLE system, however, we do sell a custom MOLLE pouch for the MB-90 PAPR (Click here for the product page).

My MB-90 PAPR didn't come with its own filter port caps. Is that intentional or did you guys miss it while packing my order?
You'll need to use 2 filters for the PAPR to function properly because the motor would suck in air from both openings. This is why the MB-90 PAPR does not come with its own filter port caps.

How long is the included hose?
The hose for the MVB-90 PAPR is 26.5 inches when relaxed, but can expand up to 25% more if stretched.

Item arrived and it was well packaged. Item feels very durable. Just wish you can adjust speed of the fan like a turn knob. Overall great product and quality.

The comfort provided by this makes it worth the price alone. It's a breeze to use and makes breathing so much easier, I won't go back to lung powered unless absolutely necessary again. I run out of energy before the batteries do so no worries about constantly changing batteries. Trying to find the right pouches to run a dedicated NBC battle belt in the near future.
