Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery: refunds (domestic only) require sealed, unopened items, while opened but undamaged products can be exchanged for store credit (equal-or-greater value, expires in 90 days). Final-sale items (e.g., body armor) and opened filters are ineligible, and international orders are not refundable—exchanges are reviewed case-by-case. If you opted into Redo at checkout, eligible returns/exchanges come with a prepaid label for easier processing.
